2027 Sponsorship Terms & Agreement
Thank you for partnering with Seek & Find Indoor PlayScape LLC. The 2027 Sponsorship Program supports Free Community Play Days and future improvements designed to create a one-of-a-kind indoor playscape for children and families in Kendallville, Indiana.

Payment and Activation
Sponsorship benefits begin after full payment is received unless Seek & Find approves a different payment arrangement in writing.
Sponsorship payments become nonrefundable once recognition has been published, benefits have been issued or expenses have been incurred for the sponsored program or project.
Memberships, passes, punch cards, private events and VIP tickets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Recognition and Logo Permission
By purchasing a sponsorship, the sponsor gives Seek & Find Indoor PlayScape LLC permission to use the sponsor’s approved name, business name, logo, website link and publicly supplied promotional materials for sponsorship recognition.
The sponsor confirms that they have permission to provide and authorize the use of these materials.
Recognition size, placement, format and duration are determined by the sponsorship level and available printed or digital space. Sponsorship recognition does not constitute Seek & Find’s endorsement of the sponsor’s products or services.
Sponsors receiving logo recognition should email a high-resolution logo to info@seekandfindindoorplayscape.com.
Memberships and Play Benefits
Membership recipients must comply with all current Seek & Find membership and facility policies. Activation dates and designated recipients will be confirmed with the sponsor after purchase.
Memberships, passes and punch cards may not be resold or exchanged for cash. Any transfer or gifting of a sponsorship benefit requires approval from Seek & Find.
Private Events
Private events are subject to availability and standard facility policies.
The private event included with the Impact Sponsor level must be scheduled during an approved weekday rental time.
Private events included with the Presenting Sponsor and Visionary Partner levels may be scheduled during any available standard rental time.
Premium decorations, additional food, entertainment, activities and package upgrades are not included unless specifically approved in writing.
Included private events and play benefits must be redeemed by December 31, 2027, unless Seek & Find approves an extension in writing.
VIP Relaunch Event
VIP Relaunch Event tickets include private first access to the updated facility, a catered meal, appetizers, refreshments, sponsor recognition and the official project reveal.
The event date and final details will be announced after the project schedule is confirmed. Tickets are valid only for the designated VIP Relaunch Event and have no cash value.
Naming Opportunities and Design Advisory Input
Naming opportunities are subject to availability and final approval by Seek & Find. The approved name, location, wording, display format and recognition period will be confirmed separately in writing.
A customized naming opportunity does not include naming rights to the entire facility unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Design advisory input may include reviewing concepts, ranking available options or providing feedback. Final decisions remain with Seek & Find and are subject to safety, budget, space, insurance, availability and operational requirements.
Scheduling and Program Changes
Seek & Find may reschedule an event or provide a reasonably comparable substitute benefit when necessary because of safety concerns, facility closures, project delays or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Dates, benefits and project plans may be adjusted when reasonably necessary. Seek & Find will communicate material changes to affected sponsors.
Facility Rules and Participation Waivers
All individuals entering the play facility must follow current facility rules and complete the standard participation waiver when required.
This Sponsorship Agreement does not replace the facility’s participation waiver.
Tax Information
Seek & Find Indoor PlayScape LLC is not a charitable organization. Sponsorship payments should not be represented as tax-deductible charitable donations.
Sponsors should consult their own tax professional regarding possible advertising or business-expense treatment.
Electronic Acceptance
By checking the required Terms and Conditions box and completing a sponsorship purchase, the purchaser confirms that:
They are authorized to purchase the sponsorship for the named sponsor.
They have reviewed the selected sponsorship benefits and these terms.
They understand that benefits are subject to scheduling, availability and facility policies.
They understand that naming and design opportunities remain subject to Seek & Find’s final approval.
They authorize Seek & Find to use the approved sponsor name and logo for recognition.
They agree to be bound by this 2027 Sponsorship Terms & Agreement.
